The Services

1. Emergency Eye Care

Including conjunctivitis, red/irritated eyes, dry eyes, blepharitis, foreign bodies, to more extensive loss of vision, eye infections, acute glaucoma, retinal tears, chemical injuries and eyelid lacerations.

2. Eye disease diagnosis with advanced imaging techniques

Such as visual fields, optical coherence tomography (OCT) and OCT-Angiography (OCTA), fundus autofluorescence, fluorescein angiography and indocyanine green angiography, ultrasound and high resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HR-MRI) interpretation.

3. Post traumatic eye care

To assist diagnosis and treatment of complications following injury such as pain, inflammation, infections and raised eye pressures.

4. Visual rehabilitation

From simple prescription of glasses to low visual aids advice.

5. Specialised care of macular problems and age-related macular degeneration

From diagnosis of genetic macular conditions to treatments of age-related macular degeneration and screening for retinal toxicity from medications.

6. Screening and management of diabetic retinopathy and macular oedema

Including diagnosis, monitoring, laser treatments and intravitreal injections treatments for complications of diabetes in the eyes.

7. Screening and management of glaucoma

With the use of visual fields, gonioscopy, optical coherence tomography (OCT), progression analysis and advanced laser therapies such as selective laser trabeculoplasty for optimising your glaucoma care.

8. Screening and management of uveitis

In both acute and chronic stages, and in relation with rheumatological conditions such as ankylosing spondylitis

9. Eyelid surgery and oculoplastics

Correction of eyelid malpositions, lesions excisions such as eyelid cysts, chalazions to more extensive eyelid tumour excision with reconstruction, blepharoplasties and botox treatments.

10. Cataract solutions

From up-to-date prescriptions to cataract surgery and post-surgical laser treatments.

11. Intravitreal injections and implants

Of advanced anti-VEGF and steroid implants for the treatment of diabetic macular oedema, age-related macular degeneration, uveitis, and retinal vein occlusions.

12. Laser treatments

– For diabetes: For the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy and macular oedema
– For glaucoma: Including peripheral iridotomies and advanced selective laser trabeculoplasty
– For posterior capsular opacification following cataract surgery
– For misdirected lashes
– For retinal tears.
